Virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) glasses are getting popular year by year. Facebook had acquired Oculus, which produces virtual reality headsets. Apple has announced that it will produce its own mixed reality glasses.
It is known that Apple engineers and designers have been working on a mixed reality headset that will combine virtual reality and augmented reality experience for a long time. Still, it’s unclear when the company will launch these glasses. Moreover, even a prototype has not been shared yet.
Famous analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, known for Apple leaks, made important claims about mixed reality glasses. Kuo said that Apple will put the glasses on sale next. Stating that Apple looks at these devices as a revolutionary consumer electronics product after the iPhone, Muo said that the glasses will have a price tag of around 2000 – 2500 dollars. Apple was also allegedly working on a separate title on augmented reality. It is stated that this title will be released in 2025.
